Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Attager (the “Service”), a Gmail add-on that saves email attachments to Google Drive. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Purpose: Help you automatically save Gmail attachments into organized Google Drive folders.
Scope: You configure tasks and triggers; Attager processes matching emails and saves attachments to your Drive.

Accounts and Access

Google Account: You must have a valid Google account and authorize required permissions.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information for licensing and support.
Compliance: You will use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and Google policies.

Subscriptions and Billing

Free Tier: Limited to one task.
Pro Subscription: Enables multiple tasks.
Payment Processing: Handled by Stripe. Attager does not collect or store card details. We share your email address with Stripe to locate your customer record and subscription. Stripe handles card processing, billing, tax calculation, and invoices.
Renewals and Cancellation: Managed through the Stripe customer portal. Access it via the License screen in the add-on.
Refunds: Where applicable under your jurisdiction and Stripe policies. Contact support for assistance.

Acceptable Use

Lawful Use: Do not use the Service to infringe rights, violate laws, or distribute harmful content.
Email Access: Use filters responsibly; ensure you have the right to process emails and attachments.
Security: Do not attempt to bypass security or abuse quotas.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use information, including use of Stripe for payments and what data is shared (email address only).

Data and Content

Your Data: Files saved to Drive are under your control. You are responsible for managing and deleting them.
Storage: Task settings and processed markers are stored in your Apps Script User Properties; Attager does not run a separate content database.
Backups: You are responsible for backing up any important data.

Availability and Support

Availability: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Quotas: Google Apps Script quotas may limit processing volume. Use small batches and narrow time ranges.

Changes to the Service

We may add, change, or remove features. If changes materially impact use or pricing, we will provide notice where appropriate.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers

No Warranties: The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attager and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including the Attager name, logos, and associated brand elements, are owned by Skamatic Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland (EU). “Attager” and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Skamatic Sp. z o.o.. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service or branding except as permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Attager from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland (European Union), without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence in the EU.
